Control of positive systems with an unknown state-dependent power law input delay and input saturation

چکیده

This paper is motivated by a class of positive systems with an input that subject to unknown state-dependent power law delay as well saturation. For example, biological networks have non-negative protein concentration states. Mass action kinetics in these result behavior, while complex interactions cause signal propagation delays. Incomplete network characterization makes state-dependence unknown. Manipulating activity via modulated concentrations attain desired performance restricted upper-bounds on actuator authority. Here, innovative control exploits system dynamics compensate for domain restrictions. A Lyapunov stability analysis establishes the reference tracking error closed-loop uniformly ultimately bounded. Numerical simulations human coagulation model show controller efficacy and better compared relevant literature. example application steps toward personalized, treatments trauma coagulopathy, which currently has 30% mortality open-loop clinical approaches.
